The List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), established under the EU REACH Regulation and published by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), is regularly updated to identify substances that may pose risks to human health and the environment.

Our Commitment

Link Solutions is committed to meeting REACH obligations, including Article 33 information duties and SCIP requirements under the EU Waste Framework Directive.

We are currently finalising our assessment of the most recent Candidate List updates and mapping affected products to ensure full regulatory compliance.

 

Current SVHC in Our Products

Certain products we supply contain 1,1′-(ethane-1,2-diyl)bis[pentabromobenzene] (DBDPE), CAS No. 84852‑53‑9, in concentrations above 0.1% w/w.

This substance is listed on the REACH Candidate List due to its very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB) properties.

We provide safe‑use information for all relevant products in accordance with Article 33.
